Packages of hours are to be used by the end of the month for which they were purchased.

The availability of rollover hours depends on the package you have purchased.

Packages must be prepaid by the first of the month.

Those who purchase packages are responsible for giving Streamline Virtual Assistants clear communication about services needed, so that a virtual assistant who has the necessary skills is assigned to help you with the task(s).

Any changes to the original agreement or scope of work may necessitate a new agreement to be signed and/or additional pay.

Unused time will not be refunded.
