Step 1
Discovery Call
Schedule a Discovery Call so that we can find out what your needs are.
Step 2
Agreement & Payment
You will sign a service agreement and receive an invoice.
Step 4
Kickoff Meeting
We will introduce you to your virtual assistant for an onboarding kickoff meeting. During this meeting, you will give specific instructions on what task needs to be done.
Step 5
Time Tracking & Reporting
The virtual assistant will keep track of tasks completed, hours used, and time remaining. You will receive a written weekly report and may schedule additional meetings as needed.
Step 3
Assigning a VA
After we identify your needs, we will select candidates to be your assigned virtual assistant.
Step 6
Assess & Adjust Your Plan as Needed
As the virtual assistant takes more tasks off your plate and you have more time to focus on other things, you may choose to change your plan on a month-to-month basis or have Streamline Virtual Assistants, LLC work on a retainer basis.
